I used Polimil some time ago for something, but I can't quite recall what it was. I've been on the hunt for a new pair of Lowa boots, and finding any of the styles I wanted in my size has been a real challenge. On a whim, I decided to check Polimil, and they actually had one pair of a model I liked in my size.

I gave them a call on Friday afternoon to confirm they had it in stock before placing my order. The person on the line was super helpful and even went to check the shelf for me, confirming it was indeed the last pair available.

I placed my order on Friday afternoon, it got dispatched on Monday, and I received it on Tuesday. Overall, it was a solid experience.

The selection of items is fantastic, and the prices are really good. However, the stock issues and total lack of proactive updates when an order is unavailable have left me feeling a bit let down. It’s like a game of chance; half of my purchases have gone smoothly, while the other half required me to follow up for news weeks after I paid, only to hear, 'Oh, did we forget to mention it’s out of stock?'

This company is a pleasure to work with. Right now, a lot of businesses are facing shipping delays because of Covid (Polimil mentions this when you place an order). I ordered a Gerber bladeless multi-tool on a Friday, opting for standard shipping since it was the best deal I could find. Honestly, I thought it would take about 7-10 days to arrive, but it showed up the very next day! And on a Saturday, no less. I'm really impressed by that. For sure, I’ll be coming back for more purchases and will be telling my friends and family about them.

This company is not honest at all. They claim to have items in stock, but that's a lie. Days later, they inform you that the product is actually out of stock, and then you find yourself having to follow up for a refund. It's been 10 days, and I still haven't seen my money back. Seriously, do yourself a favor and steer clear of Polimil. They're just a pack of liars—check out all the other negative reviews; they say the same thing.

Completely unacceptable. They promote a product that isn’t in stock, yet they’ll still charge you and send you emails about other items available. Doesn’t matter if you fork out extra for next day delivery, I’ve reported this.
